Billing Policy:
Your information is being submitted on a secure line, Viajes Beda S.A. de C.V. does not provide information to any 3rd party. Viajes Beda S.A. de C.V. accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express.
Rates quoted are in US dollars and the transaction amount will be converted to Mexican Pesos at the exchange rate on the date of the transaction. Please note that the amount which will be posted on your monthly billing statement can differ up to three percent due to fluctuating international currency exchange rates. Viajes Beda S. A. de C. V. cannot be held responsible for fluctuating exchange rates and by accepting these policies you acknowledge that you have been advised of the exchange rate fluctuations and agree to our processing the transaction in Mexican Pesos.
Despite best efforts, there may be a small number of mispriced items in the database. Rest assured, however, that Viajes Beda S.A. verifies prices as part of confirmation procedures. If an item's correct price is lower than the stated price, the lower amount will be charged. If an item's correct price is higher than the stated price, you will be contacted for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
The corresponding reservation amount will be charged to your credit card once submitted and reservation status shows confirmed.

Hotel Reservations:
Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.
Reservations cancelled 14 - 2 days prior to arrival date are subject to 2 night charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hrs prior to arrival or no shows are 100% non-refundable.
Christmas, New Year’s and Easter:
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.
Reservations cancelled 30 - 22 days prior to arrival date are subject to a 3 night charge.
Cancellations made within 21 days prior to arrival or no shows are 100% non-refundable.
Tours & Transportation:
Reservations cancelled more than 2 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival date or no shows are 100% non-refundable. |
