Travel Reservation Policy of Beda S.A. of C.V.
Billing Policy:
Your information is being submitted on a secure line, Viajes Beda SA of C.V. does not provide information to any 3rd party. Viajes Beda SA CV accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express.
Rates quoted are in U.S. dollars and the transaction amount will be converted to Mexican pesos at the exchange rate on the date of the transaction. Please note that the amount which will be posted on your monthly billing statement can differ up to three percent due to fluctuating international currency exchange rates. Viajes Beda S. A. C. V. can not be held responsible for fluctuating exchange rates and by accepting these policies you acknowledge that you have been advised of the exchange rate fluctuations and agree to our processing the transaction in Mexican Pesos.
Despite best efforts, there may be a small number of mispriced items in the database. Rest assured, however, that Viajes Beda SA verifies prices as part of confirmation procedures. If an item's correct price is lower than the stated price, the lower amount will be charged. If an item's correct price is higher than the stated price, you will be contacted for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. The corresponding reservation amount will be charged to your credit card submitted eleven and reservation status shows confirmed.
Cancellation Policy: Hotel Reservations: Reservations canceled more than 14 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.
Reservations canceled 14-2 days prior to arrival date are subject to 2 night charge. Cancellations made within 24 hrs prior to arrival or no shows are 100% non-refundable. Christmas, New Year S and Easter:
Reservations canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.
Reservations canceled 30-22 days prior to arrival date are subject to a 3 night charge. Cancellations made within 21 days prior to arrival or no shows are 100% non-refundable.
Tours & Transportation: Reservations canceled more than 2 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival date or no shows are 100% non-refundable.
